1. I was born and raised in Queens, NY.
2. I'm a mama. My husband and I are proud parents to Jade and Trey. ❤️
3. I’m not a terrible artist. Oil is my preferred medium. 🎨
4. I write children’s picture books at night (in those short minutes before I crash). My daughter Jade is my audience, my publisher, and my (very opinionated) writing assistant.
5. I love visiting museums in new places. Best foreign museum experience so far? The Fabrica de Arte Museum in Havana, Cuba.
6. In my next life, I’ll probably be a contestant on RuPaul’s Drag Race. I can’t get enough of that show.
7. Everyone has a cause and mine is fighting poverty. I volunteer to help NYC's homeless and hungry when I can, and I try my best to fight against the stigmas attached to those in need.
8. Favorite food? Pizza. And those amazing Big Eye Tuna Tarts over at Bond St. (You’re welcome.)
9. Music is medicine. As much as I love coffee, nothing gets my blood pumping and my creativity flowing like a great playlist.
10. Preferred vacation vibes: Give me an infinity pool, some sun, and a good book. #heaven
